KIMEX 2026 launches the 'Hosted Buyer Programme',
which aims to set the stage for business between exhibitors and prospective buyers from all over the world.
This programme will provide buyers with impressive opportunities for their successful business with exhibitors.

1. Who Qualifies
● Applicants with purchasing power or authority to source Metalworking, Automation, Materials-parts, Aerospace, and Marine MRO related products and solutions.
● To qualify, a Hosted Buyer should stay at the event for the first 2 days of the event(19 - 21 MAY) and hold a minimum of 3 verified meetings per day, with KIMEX 2026 exhibitors.
※ The purpose of the visit is strictly limited to 'purchase discussion'. Any promotional activity for your product is NOT allowed.
2. Benefits
● Accommodation for maximum 3 Nights at the designated hotel including breakfast.
● Economy class airfare within maximum fare limit for each region (50% of the actual purchased airfare amount will be paid)

● Personalised, pre-arranged meetings with suitable exhibitors.

3. How to Apply?
Please complete the forms on the following pages and return the copies to the Organiser.

③ E-brochure of your Company/Products
④ Copy of the Business Certificate
⑤ Applicant’s company website
⑥ Copy of Passport
● Application Deadline: 17 April 2026
4. After the application
- All the applications will be reviewed by the KIMEX Screening Committee, and qualified applicants will be informed of their acceptance of the programme.
- Once the applications be selected, qualified applicants will recieved Terms & Conditions letter including detailed benefits and Reimbursement.
